1.
With the help of our experienced Consultants, you will be assisted in
choosing the floor plan of your dreams or we can
design a plan especially for the individual lifestyle you have. No
obligation.
2. Our Consultant will visit your land and offer advice which will
assist you in refining your dream floor plan.
3. Once the design and features you require are decided on, it's time
to have a Contour Survey carried out to ascertain accurately the extent
of cut/fill requirements, connection points for power supply, storm
water
discharge and site clearing etc. It is at this point also
that an Engineer is to be commissioned to carry out sub-surface
investigations to determine the correct slab/footing system required for
the site. While these inspections are taking place, our
drafting room will be preparing the working drawings.
4. Once all the reports, investigations and plans are drawn, we will
dispatch to you confirmation of the outcome of each report, along with a
copy of your plans and the specifications for your perusal. We
will also advise you on whether all your boundary pegs are in place as
per the Registered Plan and, if necessary, advise you if pegs are to be
reinstated. We would be more than happy to advise you on the
procedure to take if pegs are to be reinstated.
5. Building approvals can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on
the different zoning processes.
6. You will be kept informed during the construction and we advise
you to liaise with both the Construction Manager and Building Supervisor
on a regular basis.
7. Nearing completion, you will be advised the date of handover to
enable you to organize furniture removal etc. Prior to
handover, for your peace of mind, a quality check will be carried out to
ensure all is to our high standard of finish and workmanship. At
handover, your Building Supervisor will walk through your home with you
to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. |
